MailVU is activated by clicking on the phone number of the CIMTrak Call Detail or Daily Lead report, click on the caller phone number.

A window will appear with the following customer information: Caller Number, Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip.

From this window, you can click on the zip code to view the following demographic data:
Zip Code, Total Population, Number of Families, Median Family Income, Median Rent, Renter Occupied Housing Units, Owner Occupied Housing Units.

About 50% of the phone numbers can be matched with caller information. Customers are charged per match.

Customers can view those numbers that do have matches within minutes after the end of the phone call.
